Please call (205) 313-PAIN during our normal hours of operation. A friendly receptionist will collect your information and get you started in our New Patient process.

Referring doctors should select the "Doctor's Office" option in our phone system.

Rescheduling an appointment:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call (205) 313-PAIN a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
